We put our 2 cats Here while we went on holiday for 2 weeks. I was very impressed by the cleanliness and how pretty the place was. Peter and Janine sent me a video on WhatsApp so I could see my kittens which made me feel a lot better. I would certainly use them again

This is the second year in a row we have used Howlish Boarding Cattery to look after our cat Xia whilst we were on holiday. We don't need to worry about leaving her as we know she is well cared for and looked after in immaculate conditions. Richard and Janine even sent us photographs of Xia enjoying her stay whilst we were away. Excellent value for money for the levels of care provided. Wouldn't book any where else! Absolutely fabulous cattery; cannot do enough for your cats! Can take multiple cats in one booking because they can share two units with a walkway between them. They also work with a groomer which you can have arranged during your cat's stay. Prices are very reasonable, especially for the treatment your cats receive! Ran by the most amazing people that truly love what they do, the only place I will ever take my cats to! Truly amazing

Fabulous place, really welcoming and so caring for the cats, you can tell these guys are genuine cat lovers. Facilities are great and Chase has come back happy and healthy after staying for a week. We also asked for some photos of him midweek as it's the first time we've had to leave him anywhere and they were only too happy to oblige, which was a lovely touch. 10/10, would definitely recommend

We will only ever use Howlish Cattery, the location is quiet and peaceful and Richard and Janine are so friendly and welcoming. It's never easy leaving our beloved cat even for a few days but I know that at Howlish his is really well looked after and cared for. He always looks happy and healthy when we pick him up. Highly recommended.

This is a lovely cattery run by cat lovers and the evidence is how my cat has responded. Since sending Boots to this cattery he now goes in his cat carrier without any resistance. He lays content on his journey now, whereas he used to meow the whole time he was in it. The pens are clean and spacious with a generous outdoor safe space for him to see the outside world (which he loves) with room to move about. I now go away not only knowing he is looked after but he is loved and happy there. Keep up the good work!

Our cats, Albus and Luna, stayed at the cattery for one week while we were on holiday, and we couldn't be happier with the care they received. Richard and Janine were really helpful and looked after them so well, giving us peace of mind while we were away. It was clear the cats were in safe, caring hands, and we'll definitely be booking with them again in the future. Highly recommend!

We had our cat Patrick here for 8 days. The owners were great with communication from the start. He needs various medications each day, which was not a problem for them. They were friendly and clearly this is their passion in life. All the animals looked happy and our cat came back happy and healthy. 5*

Booked my two cats in for a long weekend. The cattery is based on beautiful land which is peaceful and tranquil. Richard and Janine were so friendly and welcoming. They treated my cats like they were their own which makes it extra special. My cats are house cats but loved the fact that they had use of an outside enclosure which they seemed to enjoy. I definitely highly recommend.

Excellent cattery. It is so obvious that the owners really love cats and take great care of them, continuing the great tradition at Howlish. The indoor/ outside space is perfect to keep our cat interested, and sheltered. He was fed his special food and given his medication. He came home happy, shiny coat and well fed. Thoroughly recommend for peace of mind.

Inca has stayed here so many times. You can tell all the cats are loved and well cared for. The owners are also friendly and lovely. I would recommend Howlish Boarding Cattery for your cat's holiday. I am confident that Inca gets well looked after and the facilities are good.

My cat stayed here for 3 nights. He's never been in a cattery before so I was a little nervous and clearly he was however he soon came round due to their kind caring nature. I will definitely be using again as know my cats well cared for when there and nothing is an issue for them. Come highly recommended

Howlish is a fantastic place to board your cat! The owners are so kind and take great care of your pet! Our Gertie has been coming for some time now and the care she is given is amazing. Would definitely recommend!!

This is such a beautiful cattery, I genuinely would not use another. The owners clearly care for each cat as if it were their own and I can go on holiday knowing Cobweb is in very safe hands. I cannot recommend it enough

Olly has just spent a week in the cattery, can't recommend the staff highly enough. The facilities are excellent. Richard welcomes Olly and clearly gives personal attention even spending time with him when he is outside. This is definitely 5*, think he wanted to stay longer!! Many thanks to all.

Honestly I dont think I could of asked for better people to look after nala this place is amazing great service I will 100% bring my cat back here. They even update us on how the cat eating and how's she's been I really couldn't of asked for better place for her and well priced. Such a great family business spot on.

Janine and her husband are absolutely lovely! Very welcoming and always help with any enquiries. My cat will be back in November this year and he loves his time there. Janine very kindly kept me updated with photos and messages while I was always before. Highly recommend and brilliant price!!

We've used this cattery twice for our 2 cats and wouldn't take them anywhere else now. Very welcoming and friendly place and feel totally confident the cats are well taken care of and looked after while we're away.

This was the first time our male Bengal had lodged on his own since his female partner passed away. With George retiring, we had some reservations as he has some unique needs. But we need not have worried. They looked after him brilliantly, and it was immediately obvious when he allowed them to pick him up. Upon collecting him, it was obvious that he was relaxed. We will definitely rebook later in the year. Highly recommended.

Favourite cattery ever. Friendly staff and good prices. Each cat has an indoor and outdoor section all to themselves (unless you have more than one cat to house together), which is accessable by either a cat flap or large window which can be fully opened on nice days, very secure too. You can either take your own cat food for those on special diets or they will give what they generally feed all the cats there. They also allow you to take your cat into the place they are staying and get them settled in rather than just taking them from you at the door, which I've had done on numerous occasions and don't like. I book a place for my cats well in advance as they get very busy, I'm not surprised either, well maintained within a lovely rural setting. Would definitely recommend.

Been coming here the past few years wouldn't go anywhere else! They treat our cat like their own, give him loads of love care and cuddles! Wouldn't recommend anyone else!
